We are seeking a calm (but enthusiastic) person with excellent communication and organisational skills to become our part-time Administrator.  We currently have 3 very busy members of staff (see below) and a large team of freelance artists and volunteers delivering projects in a wide range of community settings.

Practical experience is more important than formal qualifications.  The post is 3 days per week, usually worked Monday to Wednesday (22 hours). 

Salary £18,000 pro rata (22/37) plus employer's pension contribution (7.5%). 

The post is offered on a permanent basis, but all posts in the company are dependent on success with fundraising and securing contracts.
