AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Fixed term contract to 31st March 2011 Salary: £27,594 - £28,919 per annum (pay award pending) Can you lead, motivate and develop the audience development team at an ambitious regional museum and art gallery? As a senior manager, you will ensure the effective strategic development and implementation of our audience development plan. You must have a passion for making museum services attractive to all through a customer-focused approach that involves all staff. Previous experience of successfully leading audience development and/or marketing is essential. A post-graduate qualification in a relevant area is highly desirable. Funded by the Museums Libraries and Archives Council as part of the Renaissance in the Regions initiative. You must have an understanding and enthusiasm for the visual arts and heritage and the role they can play in promoting community cohesion.
