This is a new post designed to help the AMA to grow and expand. For the right person, this job is a great opportunity to develop their business, management, membership and marketing skills, while working at the heart of the arts and cultural sector.

The ideal candidate will be interested in working at a senior level within the industry, developing networks, advocates and ambassadors for the AMA at all levels. They will be working across the organisation (with marketing, programming, events, and finance), to research, plan and deliver strategies to attract and retain a diverse range of members.

This is a full-time post, offered at a salary of £24,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).
