Arts About Manchester is committed to ensuring equality in all aspects of employment from advertising vacancies to professional training and development.

To do this we:

• foster a supportive, flexible environment in which to work
• advertise jobs using media and distribution channels that reach an extensive range of communities, and in particular communities that are under-represented in our workforce and the arts industry on the whole
• provide company information and job details in alternative formats (upon request) including large print, Braille and audio, offer a minicom service for job queries and make arrangements for the use of signers or interpreters if required
• provide equality training for all members of staff
• recognise and support the potential of all employees by offering ongoing training and development
• offer workplace adaptations and aids where required
• regularly review our commitments and practices.
